Creating a New Activity from the Workbench

A Patient Follow-up or Doctor Follow-up can be scheduled from the Activities dashboard tile.

To create a new activity from the Workbench:

  1. From the Workbench, select the Activities dashboard tile.
  2. Select New.

    The Activities window appears.
  3. Enter the following, mandatory information:
    • In the Activity section, select the Activity Type, Scheduled Date and Scheduled Time.
    • In the Link section, select the Patient button to search for and select a patient.

  4. Enter any additional information, if required.

    Note: If the Activity Type is set to COVID-19 Injection or COVID-19 Injection Follow-up, the Link section allows you to link to a COVID-19 vaccine instead of a Doctor.

  5. Select OK. The activity appears in the Activity dashboard for the scheduled date entered in step 3.
